- Health information — prescriptions, prescriber details, medication history, allergies, and anything you tell our support team about your condition.
- Order and payment details — items ordered, payment method, transaction references. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
- Communications — emails, chat transcripts, call notes.
We collect automatically:
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see section 9.

- Order and financial records: 7 years
- Support correspondence: 24 months
- Marketing consents: until you withdraw, plus 24 months
- Website analytics: 24 months
7. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls limiting health data to staff who need it, logging, and regular reviews of our providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we will notify you and the relevant regulator of a qualifying breach within the timeframes the law requires.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to:
- give you a copy of your data;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete data (subject to pharmacy record-keeping duties, which usually prevent deletion of dispensing records);
- restrict or object to processing;
- port your data to another provider;
- withdraw consent, including marketing consent;
- not be subject to discrimination for exercising these rights.
