• We may contact your prescriber to verify it, and may refuse to dispense on clinical or legal grounds.
• Submitting a forged or altered prescription may be a criminal offence and will be reported.
• We are not your prescriber. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Product Information

We aim to describe products accurately, but packaging, appearance, and manufacturer may vary. Always read the patient information leaflet supplied with your medication and follow your prescriber’s directions over anything written here.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline the order — for example if the item is unavailable, the prescription cannot be verified, we suspect fraud, or a price was listed in error.

6. Prices & Payment

• Prices are in GBP (£) and may change before you order.
• All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable; shipping is shown at checkout.
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Some methods require you to follow payment instructions we send after checkout; orders unpaid after 14 days may be cancelled.
• If a pricing error is obvious, we may cancel and refund rather than honour it.

7. Delivery

10. Accounts

Keep your login details confidential and tell us immediately at sales@betterworldstore.uk if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, and copy is owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print it for personal, non-commercial use only.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
